Thoughts:
It was a bit chilly and rainy so we decided to place a to-go order from Miscusi. This was one of the best pastas I've ever had in my life! The menu options aren't too expansive, you pick your sauce and the type of pasta, but the taste is unbelievable. We asked the workers for recommendations and they suggested to the trofie with pesto genovese and the spaghetti with cacio e pepe. You can add additional toppings, but we wanted to keep it simple. The pesto genovese was definitely my favorite and the pine nuts were a great touch. The sauce was nicely coated evenly throughout the pasta. This was one of my most enjoyed meals while visiting Italy and hands down the best meal in Milan. -

People rave about this place on Yelp, but I thought it was just good by local standards. I understand why - the pasta is freshly made in house, the texture is just right, so their pasta cooking is on point. But the sauces and toppings were average. Definitely among the better casual/cheap options in Milan (and the ambience is fun), but nothing really remarkable to warrant people calling it "best pasta in Milan" or best they've ever had.
Burrata topping was nice, creamy, and fresh, but I was disappointed by the pistachio cream. I actually thought it took away from tasting the main ingredients of the pasta and sauces. The tiramisu was nice - soft, creamy, rich, with a bit of a heavy cocoa powder topping, but definitely good. -

Really, really neat little handmade pasta location just a block from the central train station. I had just arrived in the city and consulted Yelp and hoped it didn't let me down. After seeing all the positive reviews I decided to give it shot.
The menu is basically "make your own pasta dish". You select the type of pasta (its all handmade), select the sauce or style you want, and select any toppings. I went with the bruschetta, which was not traditional chopped tomatoes on bread. This had 3 spreads: pesto, buratta, and sun dried tomatoes. All were excellent and fresh made.
The pasta i didnt know which way to go, so i took the recommendation of Ragu d'Cortile with mushrooms. Cooked perfectly al dente, and a great house wine for 2.5 euros to go with it. Great place! -

Got off the plane, dropped our stuff off, and headed straight to Miscusi. After my friend raved about this place for 4 months, I was super excited to try this place out. I'm happy to say it lived up to the hype!
There might be a line out the door but it moves pretty quickly and there is plenty of seating inside. My group loved every dish we ordered and also enjoyed the house wine. Don't forget dessert- I'm still thinking about that tiramisu! -

Yes, it has a concept. You order your pasta, with a sauce, then you get it served, and you eat it. I must be missing something. It was just OK.
